Refund Policy

 

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

A 20% restocking fee applies on all items returned for a refund.

If you receive a manufacture defective item and want to return or exchange it there is no restocking fee.

No refunds will be given on items that have been opened or used and will be exchange only.

Anything being returned must include all original parts and packaging sent.

( Boxes, Packing, Instructions, ETC ) Everything we sent needs to come back

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

No physical damage will be accepted!!!!

All returns need to have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION # provided by us and a note included with the buyers information and reason for return or exchange.

Once return comes back, we usually process them in 48 to 72 business hours.

Any equipment returned must include (order number, contact info, & reason for return)

Any equipment returned and has physical damage or signs of miss use will not be accepted.
